The instant Writ Petition has been filed by an Anganwadi Worker challenging the order of suspension dated 10.12.2024.
2. A perusal of the impugned suspension order dated 10.12.2024 reveals that, based upon certain allegations, the suspension order was issued. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, no such incident took place on that particular day, and so far, charge memo has not been issued.
3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is raising a factual dispute regarding the nature of the occurrence, this Court cannot interfere with the suspension order. It will be subject matter of enquiry. Since the suspension order was issued only 9 days prior to the filing of this Writ Page No. 2 of 4
Petition, the respondents, in due course, will issue a charge memo and conduct an enquiry. Therefore, there are no merits in this Writ Petition.
