ORDER
Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.
2. The instant writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary departmental action as against the 4th respondent by considering his representation dated 28.10.2023.
3. A perusal of the representation reveals that the 4th respondent herein is alleged to have been given a false valuation certificate with regard to a property standing in the name of the writ petitioner and his mother Pandeeswari which was relied upon by the father of the writ petitioner in maintenance proceedings in order to reduce the maintenance amount.

4. On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the 3rd respondent has been directed to verify the value of the property. Depending upon the report of the 3rd respondent, appropriate action will be initiated as against the 4th respondent, in case, if it is found that he has given a false valuation.
5. Recording the same, the writ petition stands disposed of with directions to the respondents 1 and 2 herein to consider the report of the 3rd respondent and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after giving due opportunity to the 4th respondent.
6. With the above observations and directions, writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
