ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed, seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to issue the cracker license to the petitioner's shop namely, M/s.Gamalesh Raja Traders in respect of Door No.4/252, Survey No.69/3, situated at Vayali Village, Sankarakovil Taluk, Tenkasi District, by considering his representation dated 13.08.2024.

2.Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that a proper spot inspection has already been conducted by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sankarakovil, and it is transpired that the petitioner's shop do not have proper pathway and hence, it has already been recommended by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sankarankovil, to reject the petitioner's representation.

4.Giving liberty to challenge the said rejection order, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 23.01.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index :
