ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to dispose the appeal sent by the petitioner dated 24.08.2020 on the file of the respondent with regard to his property in Survey No. 394/4A3A measuring to an extent of 2 cents in a total extent of 0.02.50 Ares situated at Kulasekaran Kottai Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

4. The petitioner filed an appeal dated 24.08.2020 before the respondent in respect of his property in Survey No. 394/4A3A measuring to an extent of 2 cents in a total extent of 0.02.50 Ares situated at Kulasekaran Kottai Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District. Since the same has not been considered, this writ petition has been filed.

Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 24.08.2020 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
