This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioners in the order dated 04.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18867 of 2024. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18867 of 2024 on 04.11.2024, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied the conditions for nearly 7 weeks.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18867 of 2024 on 04.11.2024 is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the committal Court during every date of hearing without fail.
