Challenging the findings of the Enquiry Officer/ fourth respondent, dated 21.11.2024, this writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, it is reported that final order has been passed and punishment of removal from service has already been imposed as against the petitioner.

3. In view of the subsequent development, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy as against the order of punishment. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are

also closed.
