PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to transfer the Patta No.623 and 346 SR.Pattinam Village, Karaikudi Taluk to the petitioner's name by considering the representation, dated 11.11.2024 within time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to transfer the Patta No.623 and 346 SR.Pattinam Village, Karaikudi Taluk to the petitioner's name by considering the representation, dated 11.11.2024 within a frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2.By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.The first respondent shall consider the transfer of patta after verifying the title and the rival claims, if any, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving sufficient opportunity to the parties concerned within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
