Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner's husband is missing since 02.12.2024. In this regard, Crime No.198 of 2024 has been registered by the third respondent. There is no material to indicate that it is a case of illegal detention of custody. 3.Hence, we dispose of this Habeas Corpus Petition by directing the third respondent to pursue the matter with the second respondent so that the missing person is traced at the earliest. We also direct the second respondent to monitor the investigation.
