PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to issue separate patta in respect of the property situated in Plot No.14, Survey No.188, Melathiruvengadanathapuram Villae, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District in considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.09.2024.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus seeking a direction to direct the respondents to issue separate patta in respect of the property situated in Plot No.14, Survey No.188, Melathiruvengadanathapuram Villae, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.09.2024.

2.By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.The Writ Petitioner contended that assignment patta was granted to the Writ Petitioner and to several persons. According to the Writ Petitioner, his name finds place in Sl.No.275. However, it is seen that the Writ Petitioner has not made any application through online to issue separate patta.

4.Hence, the Writ Petitioner is directed to file an online application by furnishing all materials and in such event, the same may be considered by second respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of making of online application.

5.With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
