This Contempt Petition is filed for wilful disobedience of the respondent of the order of the Court in W.P.(MD)No.3198 of 2024, dated 07.06.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of the court is complied with by making payment of Rs.1,65,000/- on 20.02.2025.

3.Considering the representation of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this contempt petition is closed.

4. The petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate petition before the appropriate forum if so aggrieved by the amount paid by the Insurance Company.
