This Writ Petition is filed, seeking to direct the respondent to consider the objection/complaint raised by the petitioner in the tender proceedings in Na.Ka.No.207/2023/A1 dated 15.11.2024 and to open the online tender following the Tender Transparency Act and Rules. 1/3

2.Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

3.Without going into merits of this case, this Court hereby direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's objection and open the tender following the Tender Transparency Act.
