O R D E R

The learned Counsel appearing for the contemnor in all cases submitted that the Company is under liquidation. Therefore, they are not able to disburse the amount which was granted in the writ petitions. 2.This Court is of the considered opinion if any Company is under liquidation, the entire affairs of the Company should be with the official liquidator alone. The contemnor has produced the details of the official liquidator as under:

"The Official Liquidator, At the Provisional Liquidator of the Sri Ganapathy Mills Company Limited (in liquidation), Kuralaga, Block 1, First Floor, Esplanage, Chennai - 08."

Therefore, the petitioners are directed to approach the official liquidator. 2/4

3.With the above said direction, the contempt petitions are closed. No costs. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach this Court, if the petitioners are aggrieved.
