This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 not to conduct the survey of the property in SF. No.208/3, with an extent of 31 cents out of 1 Acre 85 Cents, situated at Datchinapuram Village, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District, based on the petitioner's objection dated 12.12.2024 and pass appropriate order on the petitioner's objection dated 16.12.2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the survey was not conducted on account of a pending civil dispute and the parties are directed to approach the civil Court. 3.Recording the said submissions, this writ petition is closed.
