PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the tender notification issued by the second respondent vide bid reference No.715/2023/A1 and quash the same as erroneous and may direct the second respondent to issue new tender by fixing the eligible criteria at least 50% of work value for preceding 3 years proportionate to value of present tender. ************ [Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.] By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The prayer in the Writ Petition seeking for quashing of the tender notification cannot be considered at this point of time, since the 2/5

opening of the technical bid was done on 14.11.2024 itself and the highest bidders have also been declared. The Writ Petition itself has been filed only after the highest bidders were declared and thus, it would not be justifiable for this Court to intervene with the tender notification at this stage.

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
