petitioner's land situated in S.No.101/1A and 88/1B, Angadimangalam Bit-I Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District in Patta No.761 as per his challan dated 22.11.2024, within stipulated time framed by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's land.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.The petitioner has made a representation for conducting survey and demarcating the petitioner's land on 22.11.2024. The 2/5

grievance of the petitioner is that no action has been taken on the said application, and being a senior citizen, the petitioner is seriously prejudiced.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the official respondents would submit that the survey would be conducted after giving notice to the other joint pattadhars also and orders would be passed on merits and in accordance with law.

5.Considering the same, the writ petition being for a limited relief, is taken up for the final disposal with consent of parties. The writ petition is allowed and there shall be a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's land comprised in S.Nos.101/1A and 88/1B, situated in Angadimangalam Bit-I Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District in Patta No.761, after giving notice to other pattadhars, whose names have also been incorporated in the joint patta along with the petitioner. The said exercise shall be completed 3/5

within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
