the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 127(2) and 351(3) of BNS., in Crime No.791 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submit that all offences are bailable in nature.

3. This Court has also perused the records. As per FIR, the offences under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 127(2) and 351(3) of BNS are bailable in nature and the question of granting anticipatory bail does not arise. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate Court in accordance with law.
