ORDER

This Petition is filed to delete the name of the respondents 9 to 12 by substituting the appeal and to implead the respondents 9 to 11, namely, Rosemary Samuel, Prabagaran Amalraj, Arul Kumar. 2/4

2. The learned counsel for the respondents stated that one Abraham, S/o. Amalraj is also one of the legal heirs and the learned counsel for the petitioners stated that they have no objection in impleading the respondent as one of the legal heir.

3. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Registry is directed to delete the name of the respondents 9 to 11 and substitute the respondents 9 to 11 and one Abraham S/o.Amalraj in the second appeal. 23.02.2026 LS 3/4
