ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner by interfering in the civil dispute under the guise of enquiry.

2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that based on the complaint of the third respondent, summons has been issued to the petitioner for enquiry. But the petitioner has failed to appear for enquiry. In the meanwhile, the third respondent has withdrawn the complaint. Upon which, the complaint has been closed.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
