PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Family Judge, Madurai to expedite and complete the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.1418 of 2022 and dispose the same within a reasonable period to be fixed by this Court.

The matter has been listed today under the caption "for extension of time for trail Court".

2.By order, dated 09.01.2025, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.1418 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.55, dated 19.01.2026, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order, dated 09.01.2025, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended finally from the date of receipt of a copy of this order comply with the order, dated 09.01.2025. 30.01.2026 cmr
