ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking orders to punish the contemnor for her deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14159 of 2024, dated 28.08.2024. 1/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e., 09.04.2025), the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the final report was filed through e-filing on 07.02.2025 and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.123 of 2025 on 12.02.2025 and hence, the order of this Court, dated 28.08.2024 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.20502 of 2024 has been complied with and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has produced the copy of the final report along with affidavit of the respondent/contemnor. 3.The contemnor, in the affidavit has tendered unconditional apology for not complying with the order of this Court within time. 4.Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. 09.04.2025 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No das 2/4
