The instant writ petition has been filed by a candidate who has cleared TET examination in the year 2013, challenging the G.O.Ms.No.149, School Education Department, dated 20.07.2018.
2. A perusal of the affidavit reveals that the petitioner having cleared the TET examination on the fond hope that she would get appointed based upon her pass in the said examination. However, under the impugned Government Order, a competitive examination was introduced, which had affected her prospects of getting a government employment. 2/4
3. The competitive examination has been introduced in the year 2018, and thereafter every year exams have been conducted. The above said Government Order was challenged, in writ petitions W.P.No.31984 of 2013. This Court was pleased to dismiss the same on 02.07.2024, granting relief only to the petitioners therein. This Court has also dismissed impleading applications filed by various candidates who were fence sitters.
4. In such circumstances, this Court cannot entertained the writ petition seeking to quash the above said government order and there are no merits in this writ petition. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 06.01.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No gvn 3/4
