This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 206 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal as against the order made in M.C.O.P.No.625 of 2022, dated 29.01.2024, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal(Special Subordinate Judge), Dindigul.. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court. The names of respondents 1,2 and 4 printed in the cause-list and there is no representation on behalf of them. 3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
