ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the respondents herein, to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.11.2024 for necessary correction to the typographical error crept in the s sale deed of the petitioner dated 25.2.2010 vide Document No. 1574/2010 on the file of first respondent herein

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Mere the submission of the representation cannot be considered by rectifying the sale deed. It can be rectified only by way of rectification deed to be executed by the vendor and the purchaser. Therefore, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered and this Petition is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed.
