ORDER

By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

2.This Writ petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry for UDR Patta proceeding to issue a joint patta in the name of the Legal Heirs of her father on the basis of her application dated 28.05.2024 submitted by her to the 2nd respondent in respect of their property comprised in Survey Nos. 325, 412/2, 482/1 467/2, 481/1, 484/2, 513, 514, 558/5, 707/1, 707/2 Rameswaram Village Rameswaram Taluk 3.Heard the learned counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the same was taken on file and the enquiry in this regard at the first instance is scheduled to be conducted on 09.01.2025.

5.In view of the same, this Court hereby direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
