ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to issue rent receipt by considering the representation given by the Petitioner, dated 02.09.2024 and to transfer the house in the name of the Petitioner and permit to carry out the repair works as and when necessary.

2.Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itsef.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 02.09.2024, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
