This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.11.2024 and to provide adequate police protection for laying the boundary stone in the petitioner's demarcated property as per the survey conducted by the Government Surveyor.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first, second and fourth respondents, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's representation was considered and rejected, as it discloses only a civil dispute.
