This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, Tenkasi District to dispose the case in C.C.No.335 of 2018 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court

2. In this case already notice taken but not served.

3. However considering the limited prayer of the petition to dispose the case and the case is pending for more than seven years, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose the case in C.C.No.335 of 2018 as early as possible without giving long adjournment beyond 15 days.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
