This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to grant the terminal benefits of her father K.Azhagar (Late), who had been working as Driver - SGDR under the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation of the respondents 1 and 2 to the petitioner, by considering her representation dated 09.12.2024.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submits that the terminal benefits of K.Azhagar who had worked as Driver - SGDR in the respondent Corporation are disbursed to the petitioner on 04.04.2025.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted that the petitioner has received all the terminal benefits from the respondents 1 to 3.

4. In view of the above factual position, in my considered view, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition.
