ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.280 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned III Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchirapalli within a time stipulated by this Court.
2. By consent of both the parties, this revision petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. According to the revision petitioner, the first respondent filed a civil suit against the petitioner and the second respondent in O.S.No.280 of 2020 for the relief of permanent injunction to restrain the petitioner from evicting the first respondent from the suit schedule property. Even though the suit was ripped for trial two years ago, the respondents are getting adjournments to drag on the proceedings. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.
4. Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the second respondent and he has no objection for allowing this civil revision petition.

5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondent.
6. Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned III Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchirapalli, to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.
7. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the learned III Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchirapalli to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.280 of 2020 pending on his file, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
