This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.496 of 2024, dated 1/4

23.06.2024 on the file of the respondent and to file final report within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that in this case two witnesses have been examined and seeks six months time to complete the investigation. 4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Magistrate within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
