ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful disobedience of the order, dated 18.04.2024, in W.P(MD)No.21147 of 2021 by the respondents.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.21147 of 2021, dated 18.04.2024, is complied with, vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1083/A1/2018 dated Nil.12.2024 and signed on 26.12.2024.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that GPF is 2/4

not paid to the petitioner.
