2. The petitioner is the grandmother of the minor detenue. When the matter was taken up for disposal, the second respondent produced the detenue before us. The detenue has expressed her desire to go with her father and grandmother. We suitably counselled the father as well as the grandmother that they should treat the detenue properly.
3. Recording the stand of the detenue, the Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of.
