ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking limited relief to dispose the petitioner's Appeal Petition No.38/2023 pending before second respondent.

2. The petitioner has preferred an appeal challenging the cancellation of patta by the Revenue Divisional Officer. The said appeal is pending in Appeal Petition No.38/2023 and this appeal is sought to be expeditiously disposed of.

3. Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the appeal would be heard in due course and in any event, be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and any other interested parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

4. This Writ Petition stands disposed of, directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's Appeal Petition No.38/2023 in accordance with law and on merits within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
