O R D E R

Challenging the show cause notice issued by the second respondent, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2. It is a settled position of law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Union of India vs. Kunisetty Satyanarayana, reported in [(2006) 12 SCC 28], that at the stage of issuance of a show cause notice, the Court ought not to interfere or enquire into the matter, excepting on the ground of lack of jurisdiction or any malafides.

3. In the case on hand, no such grounds have been pleaded. Since the impugned order is only a show cause notice, this Writ Petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to submit his explanation to the said show cause notice. Upon receipt of such explanation, the respondents shall consider the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. 17.12.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index :Yes/No Rmk
