(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.R.SWAMINATHAN J.) The petitioner seeks modification of the condition imposed by this Court directing him to sign on the 1st working day of every month. 1/3

2. The petitioner states that since he is a law college student, it is difficult to comply with this condition. The petitioner is studying in 4th year in Tirunelveli Government Law College. The petitioner is directed to sign before the learned Principal Session Judge, Tirunelveli on the 1st working Saturday of every month. The condition earlier imposed is accordingly modified.
