PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the Impugned Award dated 31.07.2023, passed by the 1st respondent in P.G.No.235 of 2019, and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed by the Management challenging the order passed by the Controlling Authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act, Madurai, in P.G.No.235 of 2019, dated 31.07.2023. 2/4
2.As against the said order, appeal lies under Section 7(7) of the Payment of Gratuity Act. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. Preserving the right of the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
