The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 37 days in filing the appal against the order dated 05.07.2024 in M.C.O.P.No.228 of 2023 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Special Sub Court, Dindigul.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the records.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that they are leaving it to the discretion of the Court.

4.Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the usual course.
