This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.82 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that it is a case and case in counter and the investigation in Crime No.82 of 2022 and also in the counter case is almost over and the final report will be filed within a short period.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.82 of 2022 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
