PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS to direct the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri to complete and dispose of the same in C.C. ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri to complete and dispose of the same in C.C. No.51 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this there are totally two accused and nine witnesses. Further he submitted that the case posted to 07.02.2025 for examination of witnesses L.W.1 to L.W.4.
3. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri to complete and dispose of the case in C.C. No.51 of 2020 preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
