ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to transfer the complaint of the fifth respondent to the file of the fourth respondent so as to proceed further along with the case in Crime No.16 of 2022 pending on his file.

It is seen that one Prabhu had given a complaint to the second respondent in the year 2022 that he had deposited a sum of Rs.14,00,000/- in a financial establishment on various dates lured by the attractive interest rate. The petitioner is the victim in the hands of conspiracy and an amount of Rs.14.5 crores have been deposited using the petitioner or demanding from the petitioner The petitioner has given a complaint before the fourth respondent and a case has been registered. The petitioner complaint also to be transferred to the Economic Offences Wing so that the same can be enquired along with Crime No. 16 of 2022. 2/5

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that huge amount of money has been cheated by the accused persons to the tune of Rs.797.29 crores under the name of LNS International Financial Services Limited(IFS). Now the case has been investigated by one Mr.A.Annadurai, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Economic Offences Wing, Chennai. He would further submit that so far 1985 complaints has been received. This complaint may also be forwarded to the same Investigation Officer. In Crime No.16 of 2022 investigation has been complaint and final report has been filed before the TNPID Court, Chennai and pending in C.C. No.7 of 2022.

In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the complaint with all supporting documents available with him to Mr.A.Annadurai, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Economic Offences Wing, Chennai, who shall also conduct investigation in this case also along with Crime No.16 of 2022.
