ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the submission as well as the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the Revenue officials to mutate the revenue records on the basis of the 'Hiba' in respect of the subject property. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
