ORDER
Challenging the memo of the respondent dated 30.09.2024 rejecting the petitioner's claim for issuance of legal heir certificate, this writ petition is filed.
2. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.
4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in the interregnum, the legal heir certificate has been issued to the petitioner by the respondent.
