Prayer:This petition is filed under Section Rule 24(3) of Tamil Nadu Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Fees Rules, to Exempt the Petitioners to pay the balance court fee of 1/3
Rs.30,182.78/- in the above CMA SR (MD) No.37122 of 2024 and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.
ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA J.) This petition is filed to Exempt the Petitioners to pay the balance court fee ofRs.30,182.78/- in the above CMA SR (MD) No.37122 of 2024. 2.No representation for the petitioner.
3.As per the order of this Court dated 14.08.2025, a report has been received from the District Collector, Madurai.
4.As per the report of the District Collector, Madurai, it is stated that the petitioners are running petty shop and they are getting monthly income of Rs.20,000/-.
5.In view of the above, we do not find any grounds to exempt the payment of Court fee. Hence, this petition stands dismissed. The petitioners are directed to pay 2/3
the Court fee within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
