ORDER
By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.
2.This Writ petition is filed seeking to forbear the respondent from renewal of registering the "Mela Elandhaikulam Sri Yanaimel Ayyanar Thirukovil Maintenance Committee registered in Reg. No. 19/2009" on the file of the respondent bearing office at No. 75/5, Daldurai Bungalow Street, Kovilpatti, in view of the judgement decree passed in O.S.No. 159 / 2008 dated 07.11.2013, on the file of the Learned Additional District Munsif Court, Sankarankovil. The petitioner has also made an objection petition on 25.09.2024 in this regard before the respondent. 3.Heard the learned counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

5.The learned Special Government Pleader, Mr.S.P.Maharajan, on written instructions, submitted that the petitioner's petition dated 25.09.2024 was well considered and an enquiry has been initiated in which opportunity of hearing was given to the petitioner as well as the rival parties and the matter is pending before the respondent, and the same will be dealt with in accordance with law.
6.Recording the same, this Court hereby direct the respondent to conclude the enquiry within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
