ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation to the second respondent office for conducting fair and impartial investigation in Crime No.187 of 2024 on the file of the third respondent.

2. When the mater is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that initially First Information Report has been registered under ' Girl Missing' and thereafter sections have been altered to Sections 5(l), 5(j)(ii),6(j), 17 of POCSO Act and Section 9 of Child Marriage Act and now the case is under investigation and the second respondent can monitor the investigation of this case, therefore there is no need to transfer the investigation of this case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also admitted that after registration of the case sections were altered and the accused was also arrested 2/4

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents this Court directs the second respondent to monitor the investigation of the case in Crime No. 187 of 2024.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions stands closed.
