This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No. 8717 of 2024, dated 07.11.2024, on the file of the learned Principal Sessions court, Tirunelveli. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil, as and when required. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed with the above modification.
