This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of probate O.P.No.3 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned I Additional District Judge, Madurai.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 28.04.2026, I called for a report from the learned I Additional District Judge, Madurai. He has sent a report dated 12.05.2026 stating that he will dispose of probate O.P.No.3 of 2018 within a period of four months. Consequently, the learned I Additional District Judge, Madurai, is requested to dispose of probate O.P.No.3 of 2018 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
