2.The Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation is over and the charge sheet is numbered and the case is posted for trial. The trial is posted for deposition of LW1 to LW4 on 19.02.2026. 3.Therefore, the petitioner is permitted to produce the evidence at the time of defense witness.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
