ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to complete the speedy enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner in CSR No.669/2024 dated 31.08.2024 and to take necessary action accordance with law within the time stipulated.
2. The petitioner has sent representation to the respondent police, since no action has been taken the present petition has been filed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by one Pandi, First Information Report has been registered against the petitioner and others in Crime No.293 of 2024. He further submitted that the dispute is with regard to non payment of rent for JCB. He further submitted that enquiry is pending in Current Paper No. C.No.G3/50375/4962/2024.
4. In view of the same, respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner along with the rival 2/4
parties and conclude the same within a period of two months from the date or receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
