ORDER
The writ petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents to implement the order passed by the first respondent in No. S.A. No. 7072/F/2024 dated 06.11.2024.
2. The petitioner sought certain information from the second respondent, and the same was not furnished. Therefore, he filed an appeal before the appellate authority under the Right to Information Act. Since the appeal filed by the petitioner was not disposed of within the time, he filed a second appeal before the first respondent, and the same was disposed of by directing the second respondent to furnish the information requested by the petitioner. Even after the direction was issued by the first respondent in the second appeal, the second respondent has not furnished the information as directed. Hence, the petitioner submitted an application on 30.11.2024 seeking to take action under sections 20(1), 20(2), and 19(8)(b) of the Right to Information Act. The same has not been considered, and hence, the petitioner has come before this court.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the first responder would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner dated 30.11.2024 will be considered in accordance with law.

4.
